Horrific and Ridiculous

Sure, the location is great, close to the park, heart of Midtown, etc. Aside from the sketchy neighbors (yes, they finally moved out, but not until a year after people started complaining-they were running a huge airbnb operation and compromising security in the building), they SUCK at maintaining the place or making ANY repairs. The following is a list of UNRESOLVED items that we have requested to get repaired. They will usually send someone out but nothing ever gets fixed. 1) Heater not working, blasts out jets of fire from the central heating unit - No joke, have been requesting for this to get repaired for 2 years now. People have come in several times but nothing is fixed. I keep records of these requests and have taken pictures of the PHYSICAL FIRE shooting out from the central heating unit so they will have absolutely NO defense when the block burns down one day. 2) AC not working - It just constantly run and producers a lot of condensed water which floods the closet the AC unit is in, ultimately shutting it down altogether. Again, unresolved. 3) Front door knob - It literally doesn't work. Its so old and jammed up that I was got stuck inside the apartment because I couldn't open my own front door! Guy came to repair but same old...UNRESOLVED. 4) Washer and Dryer - There are two washers and and two dryers in the basement. One washer broke and was replaced about 6 months later. Now a dryer down there is broken and has been for close to a year. The replacement washer also doesn't actually rinse your clothing. So effectively there is just one washer and one dryer. 5) Cockroach carcasses EVERYWHERE. Im not just talking about inside the units. I am talking about hallways, basement, courtyard, EVERYWHERE. DO BETTER. 4)
