Highly recommended! Especially with how peaceful this community to live in. The management and staff are professional and friendly and the convenient location. Flomina in the office has been incredibly helpful and professional. I have had some maintance request which Jose has taken care off quickly and efficiently. The community is safe. Tracy from the office always communicates any issues that might affect the building like scheduled vent maintenance. I appreciate feeling like the building is safe and well maintained. Another plus is being close to the VTA station, 101 highway and a park.

I’ve lived here for over a year now. Overall I would rate it between OK and good for the price. Pros: 1. Competitive price for the square footage, by no means cheap though. 2. Near VTA light rail station, can just walk across to it. A big positive for anyone who uses public transport. 3. Maintenance staff is prompt and professional and takes care of things well. 4. Good quality fixtures in apartment. 5. Hallway carpeting was dirty and they replaced it with new one. 6. Common areas are kept clean. 7. Relatively new apartments. Cons: 1. Despite what you will be told, if your apartment is one that faces the road, you may hear loud noise when motorcycles or loud vehicles pass. 2. *Poor ventilation in kitchen*. A big negative point. The kitchen exhaust vents inside and since all rooms in apartment face one side, you have no cross-ventilation. If you cook certain foods, the smoke alarm goes off. They don’t allow you to open the main door even though the hallway is open to outside air and can easily vent out any smells. Also the kitchen has no window and is situated away from the balcony and any windows. 3. No public parks within walking distance. 4. No guest parking during business hours.

We live in this community and the apartment is pretty nice and spacious. Thus, we continue to stay here. But time and again, we have had some issues and faceda lot of discomfort. When we moved in the community, we have been assigned a parking spot where there is no easy access to lift. At that moment, we are not allowed choosing a parking spot where we want. Now so many tenants have left the community during COVID-19 and many parking slots are empty. We have requested additional parking spot. We got the community manager's feedback there is tandem parking spot available only. Actually, there are many parking spot are empty. But seems like managementis ready to postpone our issues and let us be uncomfortable rather than taking immediate measures to help us out. We still haven't been assigned a parking spot with easy lift access. Hope this review helps in taking your decision for staying in this community.

I can certainly understand how it may seem that the community is not full, when the garage is not always full, because vehicles come and go throughout the day and night. We will do our best to find a resolution and meet your needs.
My family enjoys living here. We like the location and how quiet it is. The maintained stuff works very well. They are always kind and willing to help. The renovation service in progress looks to give the internal areas a fresh appearance.

121 Tasman is a great apartment to call your home. I have been living here for more than two years now, and I absolutely love this apartment. Living here has been very comfortable and safe. The community offers all amenities with great design. The outside areas are all kept very clean, sanitized, and comfortable. Leasing team have been so helpful when moving in. They have kept us updated at every step and have been so cooperative and kind from day one. The maintenance team here is amazing and are always there to help us when we need them. This is one of the best apartments to live in. If you are looking for great amenities, security, and a pet-friendly community, this is the best choice, and I highly recommend living in 121 Tasman apartments.

The apartments in 121 Tasman are very clean and spacious. The floor plans are very good. The whole apartment building is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day. There is hand sanitizer station installed as well. The staff is so good. Very friendly and professional. They make leasing process very comfortable. The maintenance staff is very good and very quick to respond and help. The staff is very good at communicating via emails and messages. Overall very good community and staff is incredible

Nice and responsible staff
Great location, feeling secured, fairly clean public area.
Packages get stolen, break in into community storage, not a safe place to live. Leasing office staff said they can’t do anything about it. Do not recommend.

I just moved in two months ago and while I really like the floorplan and I think that the staff are nice, I am very dissatisfied with this place. While there are issues including excessive noise due to thin walls and floors, elvator s being too slow, my main concern is with the maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpets and elevators are always dirty. It is obvious that they are never vacuumed or cleaned. At least once or two times a week the halways smell very badly because they dont clean the trash room frequently. There are stains left from dragging trash since I moved in, and while they told me that they will have the carpets cleaned up, they never did. They only keep the first floor clean. During my stay here I never saw anyone cleaning up other floors. I dont write that many reviews, but I am writing this one, since for an apartment like this and at this price, you dont think that you'd have to worry about cleanliness. Imagine always having to see trash pieces and stains when you leave and enter you home.

After the managment has changed the building is going down. Like common! for that same rent value, you deserve a better service and staff at a different building. Not recommended!!!
1 Bedroom Apt - Large bedroom - Large Closet - Large Bathroom - Large living room - Large patio - New Frigidaire appliances - New rugs - Kitchen connects with living room via huge counter with bar seating -Walls and ceiling are painted a nice cream color The parking garage is great The pool an outdoor areas are very clean and nice The club room is really big and super great for hanging out
The apartment I live in is a duplex with 2 apartments,it's a very nice place. Owned by a nice couple. The apartment is in a very nice quiet street with good neighbors.
New apartment!! And very quiet and peaceful.. But way too peaceful?? If u have a children then not recommand..
