The other two bedrooms are on the opposing side of the house, with a bathroom and tub at the end of the hall. In addition, the two car garage is available for the tenant's use. There are established garden beds available for the tenant's use, and a maintained orchard on the property as well. Above the home features a balcony / outdoor patio that is accessible from the exterior / backyard. It surveys the surrounding neighborhood and the mountains and strait view beyond. This home has a fully fenced yard and is pet friendly. Pets must be up to date on health records, fixed, adult, and friendly, with a two pet maximum. Mowing the large lawn in the north is included, however the "pet yard" must be maintained by the tenant. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
