About This Property
This is a furnished two bedroom, one bath, second floor apartment in a private home. The apartment has its own private entrance. It is located within one mile of Walmart and fast food eateries. I am not requesting a security deposit and the utilities are included in the rent. There is not a kitchen or laundry room facilities. However, I will furnish a small refrigator, micro oven, toaster oven and keurig coffee maker. I will allow the tenant to use my laundry facilities once per week (2 loads maximun). Since this is a private home I am looking for a quiet tenant.
1210 Buxton Rd NW is a house located in Wilson County and the 27896 ZIP Code.
