Stadium View Suites - 1 Bedroom, 1 Private Bath apartment for sublease starting in January 2018 and ending in July of 2018. Apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom shared apartment with my roommate, Nate. Apartment is very new (constructed last year) and comes with a furnished living room - bedroom has no furniture provided. Living room has a TV with cable provided, and an Ethernet port is in the bedroom for direct internet access (50GB download, 25 GB upload speeds). The apartment complex has a small fitness room and a social area in the main building. Overall, the complex is located close to the sports complexes and is a short bus ride to campus. Some pets are allowed upon additional paperwork/small fees. Please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can get in touch with the landlord as soon as possible for additional information or an application!
