Guests have access to a brand new gym, commercial laundry space, and a dog wash on the lower level of the building. There is an option for paid parking on the premises in a gated lot with a fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. Stays exceeding seven days will incur an additional charge. Situated in the heart of downtown Cleveland, this apartment is within walking distance to some of the city's best dining and entertainment options, including the East Bank of the Flats. The neighborhood offers excellent walkability, allowing you to explore all that Cleveland has to offer with ease. This apartment building is also home to regular tenants, and occasionally sound may travel from the hallway or other units. The hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash are shared spaces. There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms and two steps down to the common space. The front door to the apartment is locked, so if you are expecting a delivery or other guests, you will need to go down to the 1st floor to let them into the building.
