The main floor includes a freshly designed living room with a large sofa and mounted TV, a dining room with a glass table and six modern chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen with access to the outdoor space. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms, with the main bedroom offering a queen-sized bed and ensuite, the second bedroom featuring a queen bed and desk, and the third bedroom with two twin beds. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair for a $25 rental fee, which must be reserved in advance. Please inquire about advanced parking reservations. Our home offers seamless and easy self-check-in with a code provided 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the interior or within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure compliance. Exterior cameras record common areas and entries. Please avoid flushing or disposing of certain items to prevent plumbing issues, as charges may apply. Pets are not allowed in this home, but we can provide information on pet-friendly options. Unexpected or scheduled maintenance may occur, with 24-hour notice provided. Guests are welcome to use the Charcoal Brick Oven, supplying their own charcoal and fire supplies. The second bedroom features a desk with a chair, perfect for working from home or completing homework.
