The gated parking is directly under the condo with a private staircase and an 8 x 8 x 3 storage unit. The school districts are Roosevelt, Lincoln, and SAMOHI. I raised my son here as a single mother, and we felt safe and civilized with room to breathe. I am responsive because I value a good relationship with my tenant, one that is based on knowing how important this home is to both of us.
