The Cottage Home historic district -- sometimes referred to as CoHo -- is named for its collection of cottage-style homes built around 1860. The district starts along 10th Street and extends south to Michigan Avenue. It is bordered on the west by I-70 and the east by Arsenal Technical High School. The neighborhood is a few blocks northeast of Downtown, with easy access to the Indianapolis City Market, the Indiana World War Memorial, and Bankers Life Fieldhouse (home to the Indiana Pacers).

Cottage Home, with its beautiful park, tree-lined streets, and gorgeous architecture, is one of Indy's prettiest neighborhoods. It is also convenient, close to shops, restaurants, downtown, and all of Indy's attractions and museums. CoHo is famous for its parties -- namely the Reggae Party and the Fall Block Party.
