It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. Guests will have access to all building amenities including an outdoor landscaped terrace, swimming pool, fitness center, and lounge with a pool table. Complimentary starter items like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to kickstart your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Oversized vehicles may not fit. The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond control.
