The tenant will be responsible for gas, electricity, and internet - payable directly to the utilities. All other utilities are included in the rent. Pets are not permitted. There is free parking and bike racks located conveniently around the property. Please note that the pictures of this unit are prior to the remodel, and representative of the unit available for lease, but may not be the actual unit available for lease. The expected move-in date is August 6th. In addition to the security deposit, we require $450 non-refundable security deposit (rekey and cleaning) prior to move-in.
