The large living room includes a 65” Smart TV, and the huge pool area is equipped with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit. Linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a charge of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of six and eight guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are serviced regularly, although the pool is not heated and the hot tub is out of service. Farmers Branch combines small-town charm with big-city amenities, making it an ideal place for living and working.
