Small alley leads into shared rear yard. Tenant may bring window A/C units. Tenant only pays Peco, gas/elec. Pets on case-by-case basis. no pet fees or deposit required. Easy walk to Town-Center. Brand new flooring. Only carpet is on the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. Makes for easier cleanup. Nearby coin-operated laundry 1 block away.
