Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. There are four exterior cameras for the safety of the property, located at the front door, back door, garage door, and patio door.
