Property Ratings at 124 MacDougal Street
124 MacDougal is in the best location. The building management is great -- super responsive and helpful. That being said, the building is old and the hallways aren't (for lack of a better word) falling apart. I wouldn't trade it for the world though -- we've made our place super homey and love love love the location. I may never move.
