Parking available in the driveway or plenty of on street parking. Located in the desirable Chevy Chase neighborhood and less than 1 mile to UK's campus and less than 3 miles to multiple hospitals! A wonderful, walkable neighborhood with great shops, parks, and dining options! Renter must provide proof of employment with paystub. All utilities paid by landlord including wifi.
