The townhouse is located in a safe neighborhood in Aurora near Iliff and I-225. It is close to DTC, Anschutz Medical Campus, Medical Center of Aurora, Buckley Airforce Base, Iliff Light Rail station, Utah Park, Cherry Creek State Park, retail, dining, and more! Month-to-month lease and deposit is the same amount as rent. A background check is required. Please visit for more information.
