It's a 4-storey apartment. There's an intercom unit, a lobby area, a storage unit, and an elevator. Washer and Dryer are included in the unit. It's a 2-min walk from the Oak Park Green Line Station. Starbucks, Jimmy John's, Great Clips, a Spa-and-Salon, and a few other stores are right on the first floor of the building. Oberweis, Winberie's, and a lot of other restaurants are within the walking distance (a few minutes), along with other commercial stores (laundry services, book stores, souvenir stores, etc.) The Oak Park Library is a 4-min walk. The Post Office is 5 mins away, an Apple Store is 4 mins away. The Lake Theatre, and the West side of Downtown Oak Park are 8 mins away on foot. It's also close to a lot of good schools, supermarkets, a fitness center, a community center, etc. It's the most strategic location you can ever find in Oak Park. Oak Park is a very friendly and safe area for pedestrians as well. Parking is also available in a garage behind the condo building. Monthly permits can be purchased from Oak Park's Parking Permits Office. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me. I can also show you the Apartment Unit. Currently there is still a tenant living there until the end of May, but we can arrange a time for viewing. I will have to provide the current tenant with a notice at least 24 hours in advance. Viewing is only available by appointment: mostly on the weekend.
