Great studio apartments. Walking distance from businesses in Delano

Asthmatic issues.
Lack of maintenance. Windows are rotting and moldy. Basement walls are moldy. if you have respiratory problems I would not advise living here due to the mold and heavy amounts of dust that collects in all the apartments.
