Terribly Built

Expect lots of maintenance issues, and fix it yourself because the management does not prioritize any issues inside the unit. Do not move here unless you want to overpay and not have access to half of the “amenities” listed. Also, rent has to be paid in cash or check and you dont get a receipt.

Misleading listing

Apartment does not accept pets even though the listing states pets okay with 100$ pet rent. Units are not listed at the correct price. Realtor who is supposed to show the units never calls you back, doesn’t even show up to your showing. Just terribly mismanaged.
