House near ocean (2-min walk to beach)! House is 2nd block from ocean or about 1000 feet away. 10-15 min. Drive to South Myrtle Beach, SC. You can see ocean from front yard! House sleeps 8-14 max. Occupancy for our "Ocean10" rental beach house. Also, Sat to Sat weekly rentals only from April-Sept. Monthly rentals require owner approval, completed application, valid drivers license and separate quote. Most Everything is near new, house built in 1/09!
