This is a stand-alone, unshared brand new studio in a very quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, fully fenced/ gated property with security camera and lights and private shared entrance through pathway to rear of property entrance. Brand new apartment, new floors, walls and fixtures. Floor to ceiling tiled shower. Huge front deck above peaceful small street, cozy rear deck with a view of Mt. Tabor. There is no oven, but there are new appliances: air fryer, microwave, 2 burner cook top and full sized fridge. Murphy bed with queen-sized locally sourced hybrid mattress: - Breathable knit fabric - Cooling gel foam that conforms to pressure points - Independent pocket coil support system allows for maximum airflow and allows for durable, superior support - CertiPUR-US certified (i.e no plastic off-gassing). Close walk to plenty of shops and restaurants on SE Hawthorne and SE Belmont, bike paths, and on those streets: two main bus lines (plus many others). Updated photos, month to month lease. Floor Air Conditioning unit keeps it cool or circulates air. Top of the line Cadet wall heaters. Property Reviews, ALL 5 Star: Excellent! There are excellent cafes, bars, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores within walking distance. Having a deck on each side of the upper level was an absolute luxury, not to mention the abundance of natural light. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed to feel right at home. T was very kind and considerate throughout my stay, and responded quickly to any inquiries I had. Would absolutely recommend!! Grocery store within walking distance as well as tons of cool shops/restaurants. Mt. Tabor park is less than a mile away, which has a great dog park! Street parking only, but my car was fine. I never felt unsafe enjoying the nightlife or walking my dog after dark. Washer/dryer in unit, owner lives on the property but I felt like I had tons of privacy. Cute apartment and sad I'm moving on! T is wonderful and very accommodating! Highly recommend this property. Furnished studio with decks Submitted: 8/20/2022 This was such an amazing place to stay during my assignment! I loved the newly remodeled unit, abundant deck space, fenced yard, and washer/dryer. Anything I needed for the space, the owner was happy to provide. Close to my hospital, great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants/bars. I would definitely recommend this property!
