This property is currently being used for Airbnb and comes furnished. However, I am more than happy to remove personal items, books, wall hangings/treatments, etc. upon request. For the right negotiation and lease agreement, I would be willing to remove all furniture but hoping to find a family that wants a furnished and move-in ready home. Everything is negotiable! Also, if you just wanted to rent main house and leave studio for owner when in town, that's negotiable as well.
