Requisitos: Trabajo estable e ingreso total de familia de por lo menos 4k por mes, buenas referencias de renteros previos, deposito de $1,600.00 y primera mes de renta. Disponible el 1 de febrero. Contrato de seis meses que se puede renogociar despues del termino. Los habitantes son responsables por todas las utilidades y el cuidado exterior como cortar la grama.
