Beautiful artist designed home with cedar wood paneled walls, plenty of storage space through out, completed with zen modern beach style furnishings. In addition to the one bathroom there is also an outdoor shower to make sharing the two bedroom one bath home easier. The kitchen is huge chefs kitchen with large island and plenty of storage. The laundry is in the kitchen tucked into a laundry closet for ease of access. The outdoor garden is a delight to enjoy your morning tea or host a few friends. There is a whole house water filter so drink from any tap, WiFi and all utilities are also included. Just bring yourself and begin enjoying the beach lifestyle. House rules no scented laundry products or perfumes and strong fragrances. Place is furnished but can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. No application fee.
