Unit located in backyard in quiet suburban cul-de-sac in Camarillo. Private entry, shared wall with main house. Close to Parks and stores. Pool and yard access. Hardwood floors. Street parking. Enclosed 10 x 18 patio entrance. Kitchenette with refrigerator (counter top hot plate and toaster oven- not a full stove and oven, microwave/airfryer). Utilities included: water, trash, gas, electricity, internet. This will be available 4/26/24 Serious inquiries only. We are looking for an individual only in this space, who is wanting a long-term rental, at least one year. No pet policy is firm. I will not respond to “is this available” or “I would like to schedule a live tour”. If you want me to respond, Contact me with some info about yourself, if you are single, how long you plan to stay, and your availability for seeing it.
