Utilities included: water, trash, gas, electricity, internet. This will be available 4/26/24 Serious inquiries only. We are looking for an individual only in this space, who is wanting a long-term rental, at least one year. No pet policy is firm. I will not respond to “is this available” or “I would like to schedule a live tour”.
