Amenities deck is one of the largest in Honolulu and contains a swimming pool with 2 hot tubs, multiple BBQ grills with outdoor tables for eating, outdoor lounging areas, fitness center, reading room with books, putting green & golf driving cages, tennis courts, theater room, playground and party room with kitchen. Ample guest parking. Moana Pacific is located in the Ala Moana / Kakaako area within walking (or short driving) distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center (one block!), South Shore Market / Ward Village, beaches, restaurants, and bus lines. Stage Restaurant, Amuse Wine Bar, and Inspiration Interiors occupy the ground and second floor of the condo. Sorry no pets. No smoking in unit (tobacco, e-cigs, recreational). Minimum 1 year lease with 1 month rent for security deposit. If desired, large storage unit on the 5th floor is available for an additional $200 per month.
