Ample guest parking. Moana Pacific is located in the Ala Moana / Kakaako area within walking (or short driving) distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center (one block!), South Shore Market / Ward Village, beaches, restaurants, and bus lines. Stage Restaurant, Amuse Wine Bar, and Inspiration Interiors occupy the ground and second floor of the condo. Sorry no pets. No smoking in unit (tobacco, e-cigs, recreational). Minimum 1 year lease with 1 month rent for security deposit. If desired, large storage unit on the 5th floor is available for an additional $200 per month.
