About This Home
Feel at home in this centrally located 4-bedroom, 3-story half of a house with 3.5 bathrooms, just a block away from Goodale Park and steps from everything the Short North has to offer. This spacious home provides plenty of room for you and your friends and is very walkable to the festivals Columbus hosts in the summer, as well as bars and restaurants. It's just a quick ride away from OSU, KEMBA Live, Crew and Bluejackets, and the Convention Center. Enter into a classic 1900's foyer with a curved staircase. The living room features a large leather sectional and vintage fireplace, while the formal dining room and kitchen allow you to enjoy meals together. The well-appointed bedrooms upstairs offer comfort, and you can relax in the backyard. Off-street parking is available in the rear for 2 vehicles. Two parking passes are available for the back lot and will be included in your arrival instructions. Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked. Goodale Park is surrounded by Victorian Village, a cluster of homes with charming architectural features. It is the oldest park in Columbus and among the oldest in the United States. Although Goodale Park contains an expansive playground and tennis courts, the park's main attraction is its view of the Columbus skyline and the serenity offered alongside a scenic pond and the charm of the gazebo and its historic park shelter. A walk through Goodale Park is a refreshing experience. Walk to the Short North, a prime location perfect for Uber, Lyft, and scooter options. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community. Impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner.

When you're standing on North High Street, beneath one of the street's arches and looking at the historic buildings that contain some of Columbus’ best art galleries, boutiques, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, you'll know you've discovered someplace special. This is Short North, the city's fun, funky arts district. Renting an apartment in Short North is an adventure, where you can choose from an array of historic apartment buildings, distinctive rowhouses, or brand-new condos.
Short North is located just south of Ohio State University, the nation's third-largest university. If you are going to live in Short North, be prepared to be surrounded by all things Buckeye. The OSU Buckeyes are part of the Big Ten Conference, and they are one of just five universities to have won national championships in all men's sports (football, basketball, and baseball).
