The private entrance to the townhome's stairway leads guests to the second floor living room and dining area overlooking the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including ample countertop and storage space, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso and cooking essentials. Ocean views and evening sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony off the living room. Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom suite features a king size bed, a seating area and a patio overlooking the community. The room also includes a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second guest bedroom includes a queen size bed. A bonus room can be used as third bedroom option with a trundle bed that includes two twin beds. The guest bathroom includes a glass enclosed walk-in shower. Other features of the townhome include: air conditioning, fans, WiFi, Roku streaming player, beach chairs, boogie boards, board games, books and a BBQ grill. The rental also includes a washer/dryer and an attached two car garage. The resort-style complex offers ocean views, walking trails, green belts, two heated pools and spas, clubhouse with outdoor picnic and BBQ area, tennis courts, volleyball court, and children's playground. The property is within close distance to the Del Mar village, beaches, and Torrey Pines Golf Course. It is also in close proximity to dining and shopping. From the neighborhood it is a quick drive to San Diego favorites such as La Jolla Shores, historic Old Towne San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.
