A credit score of 670 or above is preferred, will consider less if explainable onetime occurrence (not recurring credit issues) which caused credit problem. Must be able to prove income of 3 times monthly rent. Each person over 18 who will be living in the residence must fill out a rental application at a cost of $47/applicant. This will be done prior to lease signing. To request a showing all applicants over 18 must show a valid ID, recent paystubs and proof of first month’s rent and security deposit.
