Sandpoint offers a serene 20x40 gunite pool, making it an unparalleled tranquil retreat on Shelter Island. The heated pool will be guest-ready starting May 19, 2025. Thoughtfully designed with bespoke finishes and modern furnishings, this home features a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, luxury linens, and premium Malin & Goetz bath products. Relax in the spacious living area with a smart TV with Roku, including Netflix and Hulu. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional fee of $75. This covers 8 hours of pool heating scheduled during the daytime. Family-friendly amenities like a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Nestled between the North and South Forks, Shelter Island is accessed only by ferry from either Greenport on the North Fork or North Haven on the South Fork. Known for its natural beauty, the island offers hiking, biking, bird-watching, and some of the most breathtaking kayaking in Suffolk County. The entire island is approximately 27 square miles. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are not allowed at this property. You will either be personally greeted by a team member or provided with self check-in instructions.
