Horrible
the building’s quality has declined drastically .. We have a super who doesn’t clean and is always on “vacation”. The front door lock is always being destroyed so drug dealers and drug addicts alike plus random strangers frequent the building’s lower floors heavily . We have a horrible roach and bedbug problem in some of the apartments but the landlord doesn’t care but still continues to raise the rent amount and never comes in person to manage his property . I advise anyone to look elsewhere for a suitable place to live because this building is not it .I’m so glad I’m moving soon .
