About This Property
If you are looking for an affordable place, that is easy on the utilities and not located in an apartment complex, check this place out. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome was built in 2004 and with energy efficient and healthy living in mind and is in great shape (recently fully remodeled with granite countertops) with over 1,000 square feet of well-insulated space, and a heat pump for heating and cooling. Everything is electric, so one utility. Bedrooms are carpeted and hardwood floors make for easy cleaning along with the ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. You will not hear your neighbor through the wall due to our soundproofing measures during construction. There are twice as many cabinets as necessary (more than any rental I ever lived in!). The main floor has a large living room with an eat in kitchen. Washer and Dryer Hookups are in the unit, (sorry, we don't include the washer and dryer itself). You are only 25 minutes away from Charlottesville. It's located just a few minutes from I-64, Walmart, Target, Towncenter, Basic City Brewery, and Shenandoah National Park, etc. Save some money and have a much nicer place to live by living in the Shenandoah Valley.
1300 Shenandoah Ave is a townhome located in Waynesboro County and the 22980 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Waynesboro City Public Schools attendance zone.
