Wonderful communication from Leasing office /Maintenance. Wonderful view, great location. Building is always clean, no problem accessing my packages I think I’m gonna be here for a while.
I have lived here for 3 months. I don't know why people say it is so quiet. It is because no one makes noise. I can hear what my neighbors are doing from 2 rooms over and if I make noise I have people bang on my wall. Also, 1305 does the following for utilities: Utilities are billed using an allotted system which is based on building usage. Water and sewer are calculated using method 8, based on square footage and number of occupants. The electric is calculated using method 7, based on square footage of the unit. I paid over $300 due to this the past month because it seems like utilities are shared It is a great view and a solid location. But, having no privacy makes this place almost worthless. Instead of having a room I live with about 3 or 4 roommates beside me as neighors
1305 Dock Street is such an excellent property. From the property managers to the maintenance team, their service is top-notch. I lived here for two years before I left Baltimore and enjoyed it immensely. Excellent place all-around!

I recently moved into 1305 Dock Street. Andrea and Matt from the property office were extremely helpful and responsive since the leasing process began, and up till now. They made the day of the move a smooth one. The property itself is well managed with covid-19 protocols in place to ensure a safe and clean stay. My experience has been pleasant thus far.

Marvelous waterfront scenery from the picture windows! Clean and new apartments! One minute walk to the beach and Whole foods! Patient and helpful staff! It really worth the relatively high rental price.

To be honest I wouldnt recommend it, not to anyone! The neighbor New building face the water just like 1305 dock and with cheaper rate while it has better washing machine and dryer, fitness center, 24 h concierge, not obligated to pay for Trash collections!
1305 Dock St is in an extremely convenient location, with easy walking distance to many attractions in Baltimore. The building is beautiful, clean, and well maintained by a friendly staff. This was so far our best overall rental experience.
I have been a resident now for several months and the experience has been exceptional. From the friendliness and knowledge base of the staff, to the amazing facility itself, 1305 Dock Street is simply a wonderful place to live! Could not recommend it more at this point (and have to several friends)!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have never had service as amazing as I have from the staff at 1305 Dock Street. I used to live in the Ritz Residences and service is even faster/better than the amazing staff at the Ritz. They are simply outstanding. The views are great. My unit is flawless. I can walk to everything in Fells, Harbor East and downtown.
