About This Property
We have a sweet space coming available soon. It is about 900 square feet in a beautiful farmhouse right in town Bozeman. It can be a self-contained studio apartment (has it's own entrances, kitchenette, bathroom, deck) or can share living room, dining room, kitchen, masonry fireplace, mud-rooms, decks and patios, and laundry with the rest of the house. Your choice. It is in the bend of Sourdough Creek (35 feet from your windows) and beside a pond. Right across the street from Peet's Hill and miles and miles of trails. It is a quick ski, bike ride, car jaunt, or walk to Main Street, the Bozeman Public Library, or MSU. Easy drive to Bridger Bowl or a longer drive to Big Sky. House mates (if you choose to share the common areas) are super cool and chill. The space itself has two lofts, big bathroom, 20' by 30' of open area, a 6' x 6' kitchenette area, and the world's tiniest home theater (4' x 8'). Windows on four walls. It is $2400 for two people or $2000 for one. Potential discount for the perfect tenant(s). Extra for a pet. I'd be happy to talk with you about the space and then get you in to see if with the current tenant. Text four-oh-six 551 six four seven nine to set up a time to talk. Thanks!
