Off street parking, with room for a small trailer. Please note there is no garage. There is room in the yard for a shed. Rent is $2250/month, which includes water/sewer and internet. Tenant responsible for trash and electric. Electric is metered and billed separately to the tenant. $2250 security deposit. Well behaved pets w/ references considered with additional $300 deposit. 12 month lease. Rental application will consider credit score, background check, rental references, and income verification. A link to the rental application will only be available after an in-person showing and discussion. My wife and I are responsive and professional private landlords.
