Near food and retail and less than 2 miles from the main strip in downtown Lafayette. Quick access to Boulder via Arapahoe Road. *Approved applications require at least ten (10) business days before we can accommodate a move-in, regardless of the unit availability date. Availability date is subject to change. This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. Up to two dogs are negotiable.
