Petscreening is a mandatory service that will screen your pet. They will provide a Fido score which will determine the pet rent charged based on risk factors. Pet rent ranges from $20-$80/mo. You will submit an application to Petscreening by following the link on our application while filling out the tenant app. The resident benefits package renters insurance includes dog bite coverage as well!
