Has a 3/4 bath with step-in shower, dresser, desk, streaming TV, walk-in closet and private deck. Just bring your clothes and food. Fenced back yard. Private parking off the alley. Must be able to climb stairs. Utilities are $197 per month, and includes WiFi. Well behaved small pet welcome.
