I am looking to rent a bedroom in my house in Coon Rapids. There are three of us guys living here already around the same age. The price is $750/month, which includes utilities. Move-in dates are flexible between December and January. Month to month lease. This house has lots of space for everyone to spread out. Private backyard. It's also across the street from a park that's on a lake. College students are welcome to apply as we are not far from Anoka Tech and Anoka Ramsey campuses.
