We're a young couple heading to Chicago for six months due to our jobs and we're looking for someone to enjoy and take care of our home while we're away. We have a very cozy condo; we have put a lot of love and effort to make it feel like a warm and comfortable home, our neighbors are families that are very calm and friendly, so we are looking for someone that's going to be respectful of others as well! Our condo as shown in the description has: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master bedroom has the shower, and the other one has the tub. There's also a big den that has been used in the past as a 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is very wide and has a new counter with new appliances. Everything in the house works fine! A/C unit was installed last year so no need to worry about the heat in this city during summer. We have a cute patio, one assigned parking spot, and plenty of guest spaces! Location is also one of the main features! Just 15 minutes away from the beach and close to everything Naples has to offer. The HOA amenities are as follows: two pools, jacuzzi, gym, tennis (Racquets and balls included) & basketball courts, parks, BBQ grills, and more! Water is included, you only cover electricity and internet. One cat or small dog is welcome! We have a Shiba Inu named Maya so we love pets! HOA requires a one-time $100 application fee and background check (must be submitted 20 days before move-in). You'll also get a car sticker for easy gate access and a personal code to get in! LEASE TERMS EXACT DETAILS: Only a 6-month lease is allowed, no month to month under any circumstances. From May 1st to November 1st, 2025, if moving in later or leaving earlier will still be the same price, you are accountable for the whole 6-month period. There's no extension after this time period. Unit must be vacated on November 1st. HOA runs a background check and requires a $100 money order for the application, they will ask for all your personal information. This can be taken care of by yourself by going to the HOA office and talking with Jennifer if you don't wish to share your information with me. But if you don't mind and want to avoid the hassle, I can put everything together for you and present it to the HOA office myself. Feel free to smoke on the lanai. Your dog or cat is welcome here! Only one due to HOA rules. Must follow HOA guidelines or the lease will be terminated, a copy will be sent to you but it's just normal rules of living in a community. HOA takes care of the water bill; you will be paying for the electricity and internet. I will send a copy of the FPL invoice for the month and the Xfinity bill for Internet. We can negotiate these two to see what works for you! I won't ask for a big deposit nor ask for last month. I will ask for a non-refundable $1000 deposit if you wish to secure the property and take it off the platform! Then I'll just ask for the 1st month of rent on May 1st and keep the deposit until the end of the lease. Once the unit is vacated and I come back to assess any damages I will send the deposit money back to you!
