The bus ride is 45 minutes straight into the heart of downtown, getting out at 16th Street Mall. The home has a solar system, so you can feel environmentally-friendly while never worrying about utility bills. And, with a fully fenced in back-yard, you can always enjoy privacy. Windows were installed brand new in 2020 (some photos still show the old windows), and are climate-controlling + noise reducing. The price listed here for the space includes utility costs, and if there are ever any issues, they will be resolved promptly! Laundry Hours are 10am-2pm, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
