The owners live on the farm estate, but the apartment is protected for privacy by a large decorated fence and the apartment itself is nestled in the back side of the barn - with a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. We encourage you to enjoy the professionally maintained outdoors while at the firepit. The barns internet/cable has recently upgraded and professionally/privately installed and would be a unique line just for the tenant. As a final convenience, we have included utilities in the rental price. Due to the nature of apartment listing and search features, the apartment has been listed at 1450, however, we are estimating utilities will run roughly $150 a month. This includes internet, water/sewer, electric and central AC and Heating - a very reasonable rate. Additionally, plates, dishes, cooking utensils, pans and kitchen appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.) Thus, for ease of tenancy, the final renting price is $1,600 flat. While the ideal situation is single occupancy, we will consider couples. However, the apartment is not suited for children. No cats are allowed. One dog will be considered after an introduction to the animal - we have a outside house cat named Hector thus the dog would need to be pet friendly.
