Property Ratings at 1325 Madison
Honestly I would never move back into this place. My apartment is 101 and is very out dated. Cold all winter and soooo hot all summer. The neighbors above us are so loud it’s out of control. I’ve talked to management and there has been no remorse from the people above us. The place is really dingy. There is one washer and one dryer in the whole place so good luck with laundry. The place was really dirty when I moved in( original owners problem) I mean filthy dirty. All the doors and walls through out the place are old and LOUD. So you can hear people leave the building in the morning or at night. The place is just dingy and the place was sold to cornerstone and nothing new has happened. The grill in the back is dirty I wouldn’t dare cook anything on it. The patio set is falling apart. The building wires are so old that when we got internet they couldn’t get it up to the speed we ordered. The internet man explained it was the wiring in the building. I just feel like this place is highly neglected and wouldn’t do it.
