Easy access to public transportation as well as shopping make this home's location desirable. Two car garage, off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. 12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. When applying to lease with our company you will have to create either a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile using our firm’s third-party screening service: to start. If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection. DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing agent from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside.
