You're also only 15 minutes from the Cleveland Museum of Art, CWRU, and Severance Hall, and 20 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or just exploring all that Cleveland has to offer, this is the perfect home away from home. Approval of a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed for an additional $40 per night (total not per pet) with a maximum of $240. This apartment resides within a multi-family building. Guests are expected to treat the entire building like their home and the tenants like their neighbors. Our Roku TV will give you access to any apps that you personally subscribe to, such as Netflix and Hulu. There is no DVD player or local cable TV. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
