Small family and/or working professionals preferred. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 750sf. Deposit and 1st month's rent due at signing. Please keep property inside and outside clean and tidy. Deposit will be returned in full IF property inside & outside are in good condition at end of lease. We hope to find good tenants that can stay for a long time.
