About This Property
Named for its navy, star-clad exterior, this historic 1920s home is perfectly located in one of Atlanta's most charming and walkable neighborhoods. Half a block north lies the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail and the artsy Krog Street Tunnel, while half a block south you'll find a lovely park. Inside the home, two bedrooms and two and a half baths provide plenty of space to relax solo or with a group. On cold nights, the vintage green stove in the living room will warm you right up, but this house really shines on warm southern days when you can relax on the front or back screened porches, on the back deck, or out in the lush yard. There's even an outdoor shower—come see all that this five-star space has to offer! This home offers a king bed and a queen bed, off-street parking, a chef's kitchen, an outdoor shower, a large yard, a washer and dryer, ultra-fast WiFi, a smart TV, and a Ring security system. The property contains two rentals, with this being the main house. There is also a detached tiny home in the back available for rent. The home is designed with a keen eye for decor, featuring cozy mattresses, 100% cotton linens, fluffy down pillows, and fitted sheets. Enjoy a full kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, a smart TV, and total privacy during your stay. The home features Ring doorbell cameras and custom-coded keyless entries for top-notch security. Free off-street parking is available. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for the second. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility. An extra $5 per night fee applies for charging electric vehicles using the home's electricity. A hot tub is available for an additional fee of $200. Excessive cleaning is billed at $125 per hour and furniture restoration incurs a fee of $25 per piece or $100 per room. Linen damage fees apply for stained linens. Hip Cabbagetown is an artsy neighborhood with cozy eateries serving everything from brunch and burgers to burritos and brews. Colorful cotton mill cottages line the narrow streets, and striking street art covers the famous Krog Street Tunnel, leading you to the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail. Historic Oakland Cemetery features many notable memorials, including the grave of Gone With the Wind author Margaret Mitchell. The nearest MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) Station is King Memorial. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules. Parties are strictly prohibited and violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM, and failure to comply may result in a fine of one night's rent and responsibility for any lost rents of neighboring units that are disrupted. Indoor smoking is fined $1500 plus ozone remediation costs and lost revenue may apply. Unauthorized guests are not allowed and fines apply for undisclosed guests.
