Enter into the combined living and dining room that has lots of large windows and hardwood floors. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, gas range, refrigerator, a double basin stainless steel sink, and plenty of cabinet space. Two bedrooms on the main level are carpeted and have ceiling fans. The full bathroom has updated fixtures and has subway tile in the tub. The finished basement is carpeted and has the full size washer and dryer. There is a 3rd non-conforming bedroom as well as a large room that would be great as a family room or game room. The backyard is fully fenced and has a storage shed and shade trees. The home does not have a cooling system. Live just a few blocks south of Colfax where there are lots of shopping and dining options. Twenty minutes east of downtown Denver and a couple miles north of the Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum. Closer to home is Verbena Park just a half mile south. It has paved accessible trails, softball field, playground, greenspace, and lots of trees.
