1331 is a great place to live - the location, building, and community are the best! Being central to all the wonderful things to do in DC is wonderful.

The building is phenomenal, the staff is great, and the location is prime. I would highly recommend the building/company to anyone looking to have a great experience with apartment living.

Everyone at 1331 has been extremely friendly and helpful since moving in. The building has amazing amenities and stunning rooftop views. Among the most exciting discoveries since moving in is how little noise from outside we can hear in the building and in the apartment. Loving the new home!

Everyone who works here is so friendly. I am blown away by the staff. The amenities are clean, beautiful, and always inviting. All in all I could not be happier

The building is not as sound proof as I would have expected for the cost so you can hear doors slam, dogs barking, music playing and loud walking from neighbors. Pro is the location and the building is beautiful.

We moved in two weeks ago and the staff here is fantastic. They are responsive, polite, and friendly. Alex in maintenance has been particularly helpful in helping us set up various lighting fixtures, mounting our tv, and addressing all of our questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the service, the building, and all the warm smiles.

The building is simply fantastic. The maintenance and concierge service is 5 stars. The amenities are always clean and well maintained. Even though the building is almost 100% occupied, you hardly hear any noise.

If you are a pet owner and lover, at 1331 we have a great dog community. Everyone is so welcoming and the front desk staff are the living motor of the building.

The concierge team is very welcoming & friendly. Area feels safe and secure, provides easy national mall & wharf access, but lacks a grocery/liquor store. Issues center around the lack of clarity of services provided & getting the right service. There is a 24/7 concierge desk (not a doorman) that facilitates access & packages/other delivery, yet getting your food delivered to your unit can be hit or miss depending on who's working, how many people are working, & how busy they are. Same issue for finding packages. Unit was not cleaned & checked well for maintenance items prior to leasing. There were spider webs, appliances not working properly, doors not properly sealed, & shower & sink nozzles weren't cleaned for proper water flow. Building upkeep/cleaning could improve (checking & cleaning furniture & carpets for stickiness, wetness, or stains (from food or pets) & repairing long time damage in common areas. With a bit more attention to detail and service, 1331 could be 5 stars.

Living at 1331 is a great experience - you’re close to the heart of DC, have a modern and comfortable apartment, and the community is great with lots of events and fun!

Everything about this building is wonderful. It’s always great coming home to warm and friendly smiles from the staff who are exceptional. They go above and beyond in everything they do.

My resident experience is consistently great. Best view in DC from the rooftop, thoughtfully appointed building, caring and present staff. Five stars.

Perfect location. Near the national mall and great views of the city and the monuments. Nice staff. Nice neighbors. Many opportunities to meet people and make friends.

The community by far just fabulous. The employees make living in this apartment home all the better. From the front desk to the cleaning team right down to the service crew. All very friendly and helpful.

In Washington Skyline, 1331 is a monument dedicated to living. You have breathtaking views of beautiful Washington D.C. all the time and in every direction you see. Great and very warm community! And you have everything at hand: the monuments, museums, the river, restaurants, parks, a golf course, and close to the work areas in the city. It really is located in a very centric area. Flowers and Cherry Blossom is essential part of the beauty in this place.

I enjoy my stay at 1331. I’ve currently been living here for 6 months and its been good. Love the amenities and small events they have. Wish they had a game room though thats the only thing missing but besides that it been perfect

I love living here. My only lament is that I don't have enough time to thoroughly enjoy the benefits that this building provides. From what I've seen of Bozzuto in DC and in Boston, I've been impressed.

One of my favorite things about living in 1331, is the proximity to the Wharf and all of the great live music and food options! There is so much to do within walking distance

Everything about this property whether it be the amenities or staff is terrific. The apartments themselves are modern and bright. One major highlight are the views from the roof.

Love the building and staff. The staff in the building is super helpful as well. The building has all amenities you can ask for and super clean facilities.

Firstly, I’d like to give special mention to the team at 1331 (Daryl, Ghana, Luis, Phillip, Dushane, Ahmed, Amaya). The team made me feel right at home and accommodated my every need. The level of service was first class and the team continue to work tirelessly to uphold a high standard. The facilities were luxurious and the level of detail in the design was meticulous. I really enjoyed the rooftop in particular - hands down the best view in D.C. The gym was stellar and housed the latest equipment. One thing I will sorely miss is the community at 1331; I’ve formed some great relationships and I’m truly grateful to have lived here.

1331 is our first home in DC. We especially like the unbeatable views of Tidal Basin, friendly concierge team, and the amazing location being just steps away from beautiful landmarks. Darryl who leads Resident Services always shows his care - he made sure we settle in well and has even given us his best advice on planning for our road trips. A big thanks also to Suzie for being such a professional and wonderful leasing manager.

The property and the unit were absolutely beautiful. So many apartment communities use the term "luxury", but clearly have never been to 1331. The pictures don't lie, it really is beautiful and grand. 360 views of the city and great view of the Tidal Basin.

Having spent the last year at 1331 all I can say is WOW. Great location, wonderful staff, stunning apartments, and the most amazing roof views of DC. From the first moment I walked in the lobby for a visit, I knew this was a special place. Management (David and Katherine), the front desk staff (Darryl/Louie) and the whole maintenance team are just great!

The concierge team led by Darryl with support from Larry, Phil, and Luiz among others, proactively anticipate tenant and guest needs to smoothly deliver necessary and helpful services at any hour. Josh, Doshan and the rest of the maintenance team provide quick, thorough, and inobtrusive resolution of any required repairs, replacement, and small installations. David and the management team coordinate frequent tenant social events and enhancements to the impeccable interior and grounds. 1331 Maryland is a great home for anyone who values service, aesthetics, and comfort.

My partner and I have lived at 1331 since August 2020. We have nothing but positive things to say about the complex. The staff has been amazing, we would hate to name just a few because they truly have all been wonderful. They are very responsive and most importantly kind. The building itself is stunning and has great amenities. We have a dog and have enjoyed the accessibility to the mall. Safety was a huge priority for us as well and feel very safe in this area. The only negative thing I can think of is the access to the nightlife and food scene (and groceries) in DC. You do have the wharf but other than that you do have to Uber to any other neighborhoods. We have been so thankful for our time here and do not regret our decision.
